Virtue C. Blair, 60, of Orlando, FL passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014. Mrs. Blair was born in the Common Wealth of Dominica, West Indies. She is survived by her husband, Walton Sylvester Blair, daughters: Mallecia Sutton (Kendall), Tasha Thomas, Nicoette Blair and Juliette Michael, sons; Sylvester Blair, Garry Blair, Gregory Blair and Walton Sylvester Blair, Jr., “BJ”. 9 grandchildren.
